Return and Exchange Policy

At Brightline, all products are thoroughly quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of damaged products received.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer a return or replacement only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

    To be eligible:

    • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

    • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory

    • The video must clearly show:

      • The unopened package

      • The unboxing process

      • The damaged product

    ⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no return or replacement request will be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your item at rachaeljrodrigues@gmail.com Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  • Approval: After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether the item is eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping Instructions: Once approved, you will receive further instructions on shipping the item back to us. Please ensure items are returned in original condition, with all tags intact and packaging included.

Non-returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items 

  • No returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

    • Color, texture, or design variations

  • Minor variations are natural characteristics and not considered defects

  • Once delivered, products are non-returnable and non-refundable except for verified damage cases

Refund Process

  • At Brightline, all products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy, except in limited and verified cases as outlined below.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of placing an order are non-refundable under all circumstances. In the event that a refund or replacement is approved due to a verified damaged product, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Any additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be handled as per Brightline’s internal evaluation and final decision.
