We offer a return or replacement only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory
The video must clearly show:
The unopened package
The unboxing process
The damaged product
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no return or replacement request will be accepted.

Color, texture, or design variations
Minor variations are natural characteristics and not considered defects
Once delivered, products are non-returnable and non-refundable except for verified damage cases
